I keep this simple. This site only collects what I need to reply to you.
Who I am
Paradoxfield Productions is run by me, Simon Peters, in the Netherlands.

- s1m0n.p3t3rs@gmail.com
What I collect
When you send the contact form, I get your name, your email, whether you're a company or an artist, the services you're interested in and your message. If you fill them in, I also get your budget, deadline and how you found me. That's it. This site doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics.
Why
Only to reply to your message and, if we decide to work together, to prepare the project. You send the form yourself, and I use the details to take the steps you asked for (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
Where it goes
The form is sent through Web3Forms, which passes your message on to my email inbox (Gmail, by Google). Both services handle the data for me, and some of it may be processed outside the EU. This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
How long I keep it
As long as I need it for your enquiry. If we don't end up working together, I delete your message within 12 months.
If we do work together, I keep invoices and business records for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
Spam protection
To keep spam out of my inbox, the form uses hCaptcha, a service by Intuition Machines. It loads when you scroll to the form. When you use the form, hCaptcha processes technical data such as your IP address to check that you're a person and not a bot. It does this under its own privacy policy.
YouTube videos
The videos on this site use youtube-nocookie.com. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video and YouTube's player script load, and YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
Booking a call
If you book an intro call, you do that in Google Calendar. Google handles the details you enter there.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Just send me an email. If you're not happy with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If anything changes, I'll update this page.
